Nexthinkers Spotlight Monthly Program is designed to celebrate the exceptional efforts and achievements of Nexthinkers across the globe. Acknowledging the hard work and dedication of our employees is not just a gesture — it’s a way to build a positive work culture, boost morale, and foster a sense of belonging within our company. Appreciating the contributions of our colleagues encourages continued excellence and helps create a supportive and motivated workplace because #WeAreOneTeam.
How the Program Works
Every month, we track the kudos given to employees through Bonusly and direct nominations submitted via the Nomination Form. At the end of each month, we gather and analyze all nominations, summarizing the key accomplishments. The selected individuals will be featured on a dedicated slide that includes their achievements and a photo highlighting their outstanding contributions.

We review nominations for the following locations:
- Switzerland
- Spain
- USA
- India
- Remote and Rest of World
Sharing the Achievements
The recognition slides will be displayed on office screens worldwide during the first week of each month and later on Nexthink social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram). Before going live, these slides will be for approval to ensure that all nominations are relevant and meaningful.
How to Nominate
We encourage you to nominate colleagues and team members through Bonusly or filling out a Nomination Form. We suggest submitting nominations as soon as possible, rather than waiting until the end of the month, to ensure that all recognition is accurately reflected in the final statistics.
