The Award
This offering is designed as a true “gift of time,” rooted in our heritage and longstanding relationship with Rolex, one of our earliest customers and a valued partner to this day. For many years, that relationship was reflected in a tradition of gifting a Rolex to every Nexthinker reaching 10 years in the company. While deeply meaningful, we recognize that today’s workforce is more diverse than ever, with a wide range of personal tastes and preferences.
Evolving the program allows us to honor that legacy while creating a more inclusive and flexible experience. Through our concierge service, employees are now guided to select a gift that feels personally meaningful to them, ensuring the recognition is as unique as the individual receiving it.
Who is Eligible?
To receive this award, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be actively employed on your anniversary date.
- Hold a permanent contract or be considered as such.
- Have completed 10 years of continuous service.
If you take a break in employment from Nexthink for under 1 year, your previous service time will still count towards this award program. If the break is longer than a year, your service time will reset, starting from date of rehire.

- Gift of Time awards may be considered benefits in kind and therefore could be taxable.
