At Nexthink, we are proud to celebrate and recognize our dedicated team members who achieve the significant milestone of 10 years with the company. Our 10-year celebration program is designed to honor your commitment and hard work with a special legacy award.
The Award
When you hit your 10-year mark with us, you won't just get a thank you, you'll receive a piece of Nexthink history. In 2004, when we launched our first commercial product, Rolex was our very first customer. To celebrate your milestone decade with Nexthink we will proudly award you with a Rolex, symbolizing the legacy we've built together.
The Celebration
Your achievement will be celebrated at our annual kickoff event or a special office gathering around your service anniversary, with top management present to mark the occasion. If you are unable to attend, the award will be sent to your home.
Who is Eligible?
To receive this award, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be actively employed on your anniversary date.
- Hold a permanent contract or be considered as such.
- Have completed 10 years of continuous service.
If you take a break in employment from Nexthink for under 1 year, your previous service time will still count towards this award program. If the break is longer than a year, your service time will reset, starting from date of rehire.
Key Details
- Rolex awards may be considered benefits in kind and therefore could be taxable.
- This program may be reviewed and updated as needed to ensure alignment with Nexthink’s goals and best practices.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or change the reward in the event of supply chain availability.
